Leadership Decision Council
The Leadership Decision Council (LDC) functions as a key institutional body that supports academic planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality enhancement initiatives at LEAD College. It serves as a collaborative platform that brings together institutional leadership, faculty representatives, and other stakeholders to guide policy formulation and strategic decision-making, in alignment with the broader directions of the Governing Body.
Term
The LDC is a permanent body and the new members shall be nominated by the GB and Trust in mutual concurrence.
Meetings
Meetings of the LDC shall be convened at least once every 14 days, or more frequently as required to ensure effective program oversight and continuous improvement.
