Dr. M. Dhanalakshmi serves as Associate Professor in MBA and IQAC Co-ordinator at LEAD College (Autonomous), Palakkad, Kerala. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli. She is an approved research guide under Periyar University and has published extensively in national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications. She is also a patent holder and recipient of multiple national and international awards for academic excellence and innovation.
