Professional Biography
Dr. Balamourougane R is an accomplished academic with over 21 years of experience in higher education. He currently serves as Associate Professor in the MBA program at LEAD College (Autonomous), Palakkad. He has held leadership roles including Associate Dean – Academics from 2022 to 2025 and Chief Superintendent for University Examinations. He is qualified through UGC-NET and SET and is recognized as a subject matter expert in Human Resource Management. He serves as a PhD research supervisor at KUFOS and as a doctoral external examiner for universities in India and abroad.
